UN HOMMAGE TO PARIS
Icon of our collections, the Marlène pump is a tribute to the Eiffel Tower created for the Universal Exhibition of 1889 in Paris, where F. Pinet already presented his entire collection.
Its jeweled buckle is inspired by the view from below of the Iron Lady, and its trumpet heel evokes the shape of her feet.
MARLENE AS SEEN BY WRITER STEPHANIE DES HORTS
❞These endless legs. And this gait, swaying, bewitching, unlike any other. An arrogance in style. So chic, say the French. Paris belongs to him, all men are crazy about it. Leaning against the Eiffel Tower, Marlène strikes a pose. One day, Blue Angel, the next day Red Empress, femme fatale or scandalous, Marlene is a sorcerer. At his feet, François Pinet jewels for eternity.
